Grove — Frequently Asked Questions
Grove — Frequently Asked Questions
Isn't creatine just for bodybuilders?
That's the old story. Creatine is now one of the most studied supplements in cognition research. Over 40 peer-reviewed trials show improvements in working memory, processing speed, and mental fatigue — particularly in women over 40, sleep-deprived adults, and people with high cognitive load.
How much creatine is in Grove?
5 grams of pharmaceutical-grade creatine monohydrate per serving — the clinically-studied dose. Nothing less works. Nothing more is needed.
Will it make me bulky?
No. The "creatine makes you big" myth is from bodybuilders who were already eating 4,000 calories and lifting six days a week. At 5g a day with normal eating, Grove does not cause weight gain. You may notice slightly better hydration in your muscles — that's a good thing.
How quickly will I notice?
Cognitive effects — clearer thinking, less 3pm crash, faster word recall — typically begin in week 2-3. Full effect lands at week 6-8. We recommend the 3-month Starter bundle as the minimum trial.
Can I take it with coffee?
Yes. Creatine doesn't interact with caffeine. Many of our customers stir it into their morning coffee.
Can I take it with HRT or GLP-1s?
Creatine is extremely safe and has no known interactions with hormone replacement therapy or semaglutide. If you're on multiple medications, check with your GP — we can send a one-pager for them on request.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Return it within 60 days for a full refund. See our refund policy.
