60-Day Trial. Use the product for up to 60 days. If it doesn't work for you, email hello@originlinen.com for a full refund — no questions, no return shipping cost on us.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@originlinen.com with your order number.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Send the product back in any packaging.
  4. Refund lands in your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.

What's not covered

  • Shipping protection fees (non-refundable — these pay for replacement cover in transit)
  • Priority dispatch fees (non-refundable — this is a service fee for expedited handling)

Subscription products: cancel anytime in your account or by emailing us. No cancellation fees.
